Animal Emergency Clinic of the Hudson Valley is looking to add a compassionate and skilled Emergency Veterinarian to our team.

About Animal Emergency Clinic of the Hudson Valley
Founded in 1989, Animal Emergency Clinic of the Hudson Valley has proudly served pets and the veterinary community throughout the region for more than 35 years. As the area's dedicated emergency hospital, we provide after-hours emergency care supported by dependable equipment and an experienced technical team.

- Cardiac monitoring
- In-house laboratory

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Examine and diagnose diseases and injuries of pets (primarily dogs and cats) and provide medical and surgical emergency care.
- Collaborate with referring veterinarians to ensure seamless patient care.
- Work alongside experienced technicians and support staff to deliver exceptional emergency medicine.
- Participate in continuing education, professional development, and hospital initiatives.
- Help foster a collaborative environment focused on growth, teamwork, and outstanding patient care.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The salary for this position is $150,000-$250,000 annually, based on experience and accepted schedule, plus production, and is sign-on bonus eligible.

REQUIREMENTS
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
- Internship training or two years of clinical experience preferred
- Ability to obtain a New York veterinary license
- Comfortable managing emergency cases in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Soft tissue surgery experience is a plus
