Since our humble beginnings in 1987, we've been bringing the best hometown animal hospitals together to form the industry's largest and most comprehensive end-to-end pet care network. We've shaped our industry through medical advancements, ongoing education, and the impact we've had in the lives of countless pets and their people.

Company History

VCA started at West Los Angeles Animal Hospital in 1987. Since then, we have grown to 1000 hospitals, with 6000 veterinarians, including 600 specialists, in 46 US States and 5 Canadian Provinces.
