CityVet Alamo Heights is seeking a full-time Veterinarian to join our thriving GP + Urgent Care hybrid practice. You’ll work alongside:
- A team of 4 Associates with mixed levels of experience
- A large team of highly utilized technicians
- A boarded surgeon who performs orthopedic procedures and provides surgical mentorship/support
- Our technicians are deeply involved in patient care and take immense pride in their work, allowing our doctors to focus on medicine, surgery, and client communication.
Our hospital is fully equipped to support advanced diagnostics and surgical care. We have 6 exam rooms, a large treatment area, and private, dual surgical suite. In addition, we have Dr. Fred Williams - a boarded surgeon who provides his expertise with advanced surgical procedures and orthopedic surgeries.
Our clinic is equipped with:
- Ultrasound
- Digital dental radiographs
- Abaxis analyzers | Imagyst | PT/PTT | Istat
- Phovia light therapy
- LigaSure
- Dedicated "clean room" for orthopedic surgery

Requirements
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
- Licensed to practice in this state or eligible for licensure.
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Interest in General Practice and/or Urgent Care medicine.
