BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a dedicated Sterile Supply Veterinary Technician to join our Surgery team!

We are seeking a Sterile Suppl y Veterinary Technician with a self-motivated, positive attitude to add to our surgical team. This person should be organized and focused on maintaining high-quality instruments and patient care through sterile preparation.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 / hour
This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency leveling system.

As a Sterile Supply Veterinary Technician you will:

• Prepare instruments and operating room for surgery.
• Troubleshooting and removing faulty equipment from service to submit for repair or replacement.
• Maintaining appropriate quantities of surgical supplies and equipment.
• Decontaminating and cleaning operating rooms, sterile supply room , and equipment according to established procedures.
• Cleaning and sterilizing instruments and wrapping packs
• Serving as a resource/reference to surgical team with regards to surgical equipment.
