Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialist- Hoffman Estates is s looking for a Veterinary Technician (Internal Medicine) to join us as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.
As a Veterinary Technician (Internal Medicine) you’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing end-to-end care for our precious patients. Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on care of facilitating outpatient treatments and performing laboratory tests, to support services including admitting and discharging patients.
Role Responsibilities:
While traditional responsibilities including venipuncture, catheter placement, and assisting in anesthetic procedures will still be required, you'll also have an extensive amount of communication responsibilities with clients. We build lasting relationships with our clients, and you'll develop special bonds with both the clientele and the patients.
Experience & Skills Requirements:
- CVT licensure is a bonus
- 1-2 years of clinical experience required
