Are you passionate about animals and people? 2nd Street Animal Hospital is looking for a dedicated Veterinary Assistant who can also support our team as a Client Service Representative (CSR).

This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care while also providing excellent customer service at the front desk.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assist doctors and technicians with patient handling, treatments, and procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized hospital environment
• Support clients with check-ins, scheduling, and phone/email communication
• Process invoices, payments, and medical records with accuracy
• Deliver compassionate service to both pets and their families

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience as a veterinary assistant or in animal care preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Flexibility to work some hours in both clinical and CSR roles
